PRIVACY / PLAIN ENGLISH
What we hold, and what we never touch.
What we collect
Your checkout email, the three photos you upload, and your order record (status, video credit, private download link). The site runs on Cloudflare and records ordinary HTTP request metadata.
What we never collect
No card data — payment runs through Stripe and we only see the order result. We do not send your photos, filenames, email, order identifiers or private links to Google Analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect checkout from automated abuse.
Optional analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure public page visits, device/browser information, approximate location and permitted interactions. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are enabled; elsewhere analytics is on by default unless you opt out. If we cannot determine your region, analytics cookies stay off until you choose. We remember an explicit choice in this browser for up to 12 months. With cookie consent denied, Google may receive cookieless consent and usage pings. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice; rejecting also removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. This does not erase information already sent to Google. Analytics is disabled on private order and recovery pages. Declining does not affect purchasing.
Where your photos go
Uploads are stored privately on Cloudflare. Photos and videos are temporarily processed on our controlled processing equipment or in Cloudflare-hosted browsers using restricted private access. Temporary files are removed after completed processing attempts; interrupted attempts may require later cleanup. Older orders may use browser-based finishing; your order page tells you if it needs to stay open. SeeAPI checks photos and generated media for safety using time-limited access, and Replicate processes your photos with prunaai/p-video-replace for the dance and walking-selfie shots and kwaivgi/kling-o1 for the car-exit shot. Photos stay attached to your order for delivery, retries and recovery. Email hello@gasstationdancer.com to request deletion of your photos and order data.
Emails we send
Order confirmation and recovery links are sent via Resend from hello@gasstationdancer.com. Completed videos and their private pickup links expire 3 days (72 hours) after each video is ready. The link can be opened again before that deadline; requesting another email does not extend it. Temporary progress links for unfinished orders expire in 15 minutes and work once. Expired videos cannot be restored by requesting another link. We never email asking for card details or passwords.
Other people’s photos
Upload only photos of adults you have permission to use. Impersonation and non-consensual content are not permitted.
