What you buy
A one-time pack pays for the number of videos shown at checkout, starting at $9.90 per video. No subscription, no automatic renewal, nothing charged twice.
What you get
Each video is about 15 seconds, 9:16, 720×1280 MP4 with the original trend soundtrack: the fixed three-shot sequence — dance, walking selfie, car exit — with your photos replacing the people. Delivery is a private download link available for 3 days (72 hours) after each video is ready, with email recovery for your order. Expired downloads are denied immediately; private videos are removed by scheduled cleanup, which may take longer to finish. Download a copy before the deadline. Previously generated videos keep their original deadline. Processing time depends on model and processing capacity; there is no instant-delivery guarantee. Orders marked for background preparation continue after you leave, and we email you when ready. Older browser-finishing orders explicitly ask you to keep the page open for assembly and upload.
AI output varies
Generation replaces characters using your reference photos. Likeness, wardrobe and render quality vary with the photos you supply; exact likeness cannot be guaranteed. Finished videos are not refunded or remade for differences in likeness or dissatisfaction. Failed renders get one retry.
Media rights
Your photos remain yours. Videos you generate are yours to post. Downloading or generating this trend does not grant rights to commercialize the original footage, its people or its music. This service is independent of any fuel brand or social platform.
Rules of use
Adults only. Only upload photos you have permission to use. No impersonation, non-consensual content, nudity or sexual content.
Confirmed generation failures restore your video opportunity or credits automatically. Each new order gets one retry, including a finished video withheld by safety checks. Photos rejected before generation do not use that retry: you can replace them up to three times. If compliant photos still cannot pass, contact us about that order; prohibited photos are not refundable. Unknown results are held for verification for up to 24 hours, then treated as failed if still unresolved. We do not automatically resubmit or refund cash. If your retry also fails, email us for a refund of that undelivered guest video. Account credits return to your balance instead of a cash refund.
We don't promise a particular likeness. Finished videos are not refunded or remade because they look different, you are dissatisfied, or you change your mind. A completely unused pack is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once any of the pack is used, it is not refundable; the remaining allowance stays available. These rules apply to new orders after this policy update; earlier orders keep the terms shown when purchased. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Report duplicate or incorrect charges within 30 days with your order reference. Please contact us before a bank dispute; most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent disputes after using the service may lead to suspension, without restricting legitimate disputes or statutory rights.
Email hello@gasstationdancer.com with your order reference. Cash refunds are handled manually through Stripe to the original payment method and normally arrive within 5–10 business days. This policy does not limit refund rights under the law of your country.
